Key Links

The following links are the key organisations that RugbyMax has continually referred to in the development of our products, in particular ingredient classifications and effectiveness.  However we should point out that these are independent organisations and we are not endorsed by, or connected to them in any way.

The American College of Sports Medicine is one of the top two sports science institutions in the world.  It is independent, ie it is not run for the benefit of companies that make products for sports.  To look at their position stands on various subjects visit

If you are unfamiliar with research papers and science journals, RugbyMax do advise that you take a look at this link.  It explains how to look critically at the evidence.  It's all too easy to get carried away with a couple of small studies.  But as every genuine and independent researcher knows, “cherry picking” is misleading and doesn’t lead to peak conditioning.  These links will be of particular interest to coaches and nutritionists.

The Loughborough University School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences is also a leader in its field.  This informative website has links and breakdowns of different subjects within sports science and how to find out more.
