Usage

RugbyMax is an all-in-one-a-day performance nutrition product.  

This convenience helps ensure you get the maximum benefit because you get all you need, and are less likely to miss a serving.  No need to mess around with multiple servings or an expensive and cumbersome ‘stack’ of products.  No need to take on an unscientific and expensive excess of protein only for it to be wasted.  See our section on rugby nutrition if you feel you need extra protein.

RugbyMax is best taken immediately after training.  Here’s how to best to enjoy it.

If you are not on a training day, or prefer not to have your serving after training, it is best taken in the morning immediately after breakfast.

Mix one scoop of RugbyMax with a pint of milk or with 450ml of water.  Mix vigourously and drink immediately. Do not leave more than 10 minutes after mixing to drink it.  

A shaker is the ideal way to drink RugbyMax.  It makes it easy to mix and you can give it another shake if you put it down for a few minutes before finishing it.  It’s a great idea to add a scoopful to a clean dry shaker before you go training, then mix it as soon as you’ve finished, wherever you are (providing you’ve taken some water or milk with you!). 

Personalised scoop sizes target your performanace nutrition even better

If you have a scoop measure from us based on your body weight, use that measure in the normal way.  You do not need to add more milk or water to your shake than the amounts mentioned above, unless you prefer to do so for taste reasons.  Using a scoop measure based on your bodyweight is an even more effective way of getting the most from RugbyMax, and your conditioning.  If you don’t have a specific scoop size for your weight, drop us an email at support@RugbyMaxNutrition.com.
